My mother recently had shoukder surgery and PT used this when she was hospitalized. Unfortunately it was not covered under her Insurace plan but I found it here on Walmart at an affordable price. It is an essential walking aid for her as she recovers from shoulder surgery. . This is identical to the one that PT used in the hospital.
