During our 8-week step-down program, you’ll work your way through these steps, gradually reducing your nicotine dependency and improving your chances of quitting. When you try to quit smoking, your body craves the nicotine that you used to get from cigarettes. Instructions
If you are under 18 years of age, ask a doctor before use • before using this product, read the enclosed self-help guide for complete directions and other information • begin using the patch on your quit day • if you smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day, use the following schedule below: •Start with Step 1 for 4 weeks, then Step 2 for 2 weeks and then Step 3 for 2 weeks • if you smoke 10 or less cigarettes per day, start with Step 2 for 6 weeks, then Step 3 for 2 weeks • apply one new patch every 24 hours on skin that is dry, clean and hairless • remove backing from patch and immediately press onto skin. Hold for 10 seconds. • wash hands after applying or removing patch. Save pouch to use for patch disposal. Dispose of the used patches by folding sticky ends together and putting in pouch. • the used patch should be removed and a new one applied to a different skin site at the same time each day • if you have vivid dreams, you may remove the patch at bedtime and apply a new one in the morning • do not wear more than one patch at a time • do not cut patch in half or into smaller pieces • do not leave patch on for more than 24 hours because it may irritate your skin and loses strength after 24 hours • to avoid possible burns, remove patch before undergoing any MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) procedures • it is important to complete treatment. If you feel you need to use the patch for a longer period to keep from smoking, talk to your health care provider.

Really helped a lot
This started out great I was on a roll of not smoking. The first 3 days I did so great went from smoking a pack a day to a total of 3 a day. Hot thru the first week smoothe sailing. Second week it seemed maybe my body got used to it and they just didn't seem effective as the first week. However I will admit I haven't fully quit smoking but this product has REALLY reduced my smoking atleast by half. Overall im satisfied with the product and in due time I hope to fully quit.

Nicotine patch
This product helped me slow down my smoking quite a bit, i vape with nicotine in it. I constantly would reach for the vape and hit it repeatedly for from when I wokeup and would reach for it immediately to when I went to bed. But after applying these patches it slowly decreased my need to smoke, down to only wanting to hit it a few times throughout the day. I think I would need to continue taking the product for a longer period to get me to completely quit smoking though. I believe im just stuck in a involuntary habit of smoking meaning im just so used to it and the vapor that im addicted to it in such ways. Its a habit that I am slowly breaking thanks to habitrol!

This was a game changer for me as it was a very easy decision to make. Everyone that smokes has the thought of quitting smoking and that leads you to seek out advice or alternatives to help you quit. These patches are great for you to add to your toolbox to help you quit and they are in different levels which also helps you to quit. You start out with the strongest patch and you only have to do that once a day and you wear the patch for a day. You will find it so much easier to lower your nicotine level over the course of eight weeks and this all in one system has three different stages and levels of nicotine and you will eventually get to the lowest level and that makes such a huge impact on your ability to lay down the nicotine and stop for good!! I highly recommend this transdermal nicotine patch system and you will not regret this purchase! It will save you so much more than money but it will help you to get back into a healthy lifestyle.
