"Customer Lighting Warranty
Peterson Manufacturing warrants that its LED Lighting products are free from defects in material and workmanship for five years. Sealed incandescent Lighting products are covered under warranty for failure due to material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation.
Peterson Manufacturing will replace one for one, at no charge, any components that fails under normal use. Failures covered would include, but not be limited to: diodes out, moisture or corrosion in the lamp, or a manufacturing defect that would prevent the lamp from performing. We will allow full credit, including freight charges, for returned product found to be defective. Defects caused by road hazards and/or negligent, improper maintenance and/or improper installation are excluded from this warranty.
Peterson Manufacturing requests that all failed components are returned for inspection and verification, unless otherwise notified. This warranty may not apply to product used in certain severe applications.
All warranty claims will be handled by Peterson Manufacturing Customer Service Department (800) 821-3490. Please call or fax (816) 761-6693 request for “returned goods authorization.” At that time, you will receive detailed instructions for return.
There are no other warranties, either implied or expressed, other than those stated in this warranty."
