It's the best feeder with anti-waste ring. After 20 years and trying practically everything ,it's works better than any other product. It has a large lip on the anti-waste ring which prevents most of the spillage and you can remove it for easy cleaning. The ring works on the 11 pound and the 22 pound feeder. Only one very minor flaw is that the metal V-shaped hanger rod needs to be removed if you're using the rain hat.
