Tread wore off outside bands within 6 months, ~10k

Vehicle was aligned when tires installed, tires rotated every oil change (every 5k) by me (this voids Cosmo tread warranty BTW). Alignment is still good, front tires had chords showing after 10k and rears are already at their half life. This is not an alignment issue, nor an inflation issue. Tires were quiet and had good traction but the longevity is not there. Recommend a more reputable brand.
