Product arrived folded into 3. The contents are loosely stuffed into the package, likely used, returned, and repackaged. There is paper residue, and label glue on the cardboard insert, and the plastic bag. The plastic hanger bag is in good condition, but crumpled so they could stuff the costume into a smaller shipping parcel, the cardboard was folded in 3, inserted into the bag sideways, and the costume stuffed into the bag behind it. Extremely poor quality shipping. The product was damaged by the way they packaged it for shipping. Not even close to the value being charged, they sent a product that is damaged and mishandled. I hope they get their act together, because they are not taking care of the product they send. They get 2 stars only because the product arrived quickly, and has all the advertised parts. The shipping was awful, and I mean AWFUL! I can't believe they would send a product in such a bad state. Not at this price.
