I saw the negative reviews on these cookies but tried them anyway. They're delicious. Of course they're not going to taste like homemade, they are mass produced in a factory! I've never had any cookie that is similar to this. Yes they taste like almond….i love almond flavoring so if you don't like powder sugar or almond flavor don't buy these. They're small inside a bag in the box but for 3.00 you're getting (in today's climate) a decent cookie. I am so tired of the 300 varieties of Oreos that I'm glad this company made some products that are different. IMO most have been really good.

If you like almond flavored desserts...

I grew up with almond flavored pastry and cookies, and these are the closest you can get without baking it yourself! If you like the flavor of almond extract, give them a try. Soo good and not too sweet. Might have to store extra of these in the freezer!

LOVE THESE LITTLE COOKIES

The Bettergoods Traditional Wedding Cookies are terrific. I was looking for some cookies that weren't the same old same old heavily processed cookies that are on the shelf and came across these while scrolling and decided to try them. My wife and I both had one and ended up eating the entire box. They have a heavy but wonderful almond flavor for those who like the taste of almonds. They are made with almond meal, not almond extract, as many of the negative reviews suggest. Covered in confectioners sugar they really do melt in your mouth. They are crispy but not hard. Not a bad calorie count for four cookies that will definitely satisfy that sweet tooth you might have. Although it is hard to stop at just four cookies because they are so good. We're hooked on them now, although we have controlled the amount of cookies we eat at one sitting. From the reviews it seems you either love them or hate them. Not much in between. If you love wedding cookies made the traditional way, with almond meal, then you probably love these. I'm gonna try and make them myself next. Pretty simple ingredients and not a lot of them. They seem quick and easy to make. I would recommend you try them if you love almonds and the taste of almonds. They are not expensive so even if you don't care for them you won't be out of a lot of money.
