Purchased this for my first-ever wet brining of a 20 lb turkey. It's a commercial-grade container that fit comfortably in the fridge for the 3-day process. It's easy to carry if you've got the muscles. The handle is probably safe, but given what I used this container for, I carried it by the frame.A lid to seal it would have been super helpful How was the turkey? Absolutely juicy and perfect. I will do this from now on. I'm pretty sure my new brining bucket will go the distance.
