Absolutely AMAZING. I have been on Ambien for 19 years in order to sleep at night. This was a side effect of chemo and radiation. This product works. Two tea bags in hot water. Steeped for maybe 15 minutes and I'm out like a light all night! I also didn't realize the effects of the Ambien on my energy throughout the day.
