This surprised me with a little bit of spice, I'm guessing from the ginger, but it doesn't have a bad taste at least. I like that they keep for a while as well. I've taken these twice so far with the onset of feeling “under the weather” and I felt better by the afternoon so I think they do the trick.

i couldn't believe it as soon as i took a drink my mouth started to get hot lol they should of called this stuff "Spicy Goodness" but after 30min I felt so good i will definitely buy it again. Yes its pricey but its worth how amazing you feel after you drink this spicy goodness. I would recommend eating a good breakfast before drinking this, because my boyfriend felt sick after taking this on an empty stomach so please eat a full meal before you take this.
