I have had terrible problems with my fingernails splitting. Then once the fingernail, especially on my thumb splits, I could never cut it low enough to get under the split. And it kept catching on things which made it worse. Taking these for about a month and those splits have healed. But I've taken this before so if i stop using them the fingernails start splitting again.
