(4 pack) Kikkoman Instant Egg Flower Soup Mix, Hot & Sour, 0.88 oz pack

SO easy to make, just add it to 2 1/2 c water and make it boil. Gently add a well-beaten egg. I say GENTLY because I don't know about you, but I like bigger pieces of egg in my soup. It has a great taste, just as I remember it!! Yeah, I know it says Egg Flower Soup and underneath says, "Hot and Sour" but it's not that spicy OR sour. It tastes like a combo of the regular egg drop soup and hot and sour soup that you'd get at Chinese restaurants! I balked a little bit at the price ($3.72) but it was well worth every penny. Oh, yes...DON'T forget to get the La Choy 5-oz can of chow mein noodles for the soup. It's the kinda squat can vs. the tall can. (The tall can is Asian-Fusion style or something like that, and they're REALLY thin. NOT the kind you'd usually use in soup.) Also, since you're eating hot soup, don't forget the tissues for your runny nose!

Discovered hot and sour soup then the aircraft carrier I was aboard visited Japan. Developed a taste for it and was grateful to find it in an easy to use package. Enjoy unusual tastes as often as I can.
