Compared to other brands, it's smoother, more balanced, and has that signature Cholula tang that makes it instantly recognizable! I've used it on tacos, scrambled eggs and even stirred it into pasta to give dinner a quick upgrade. The pourable texture makes it easy to add just the right amount, and since it's mild, everyone in the family can enjoy it without worrying about it being too hot. Would I buy this product again? Absolutely. In fact, I'll probably grab an extra bottle so I never run out. I definitely recommend it to friends and family, especially those who want to try a salsa verde with bold flavor but a gentle heat level. I was sent this salsa and wanted to try it a few different ways before reviewing it. First, I tried it with carnitas (pork tacos). Second, I put it in beef and potato burritos. Third, chicken nachos. It was delicious all three ways, but it was the best, with the pork, then the chicken. I make Salsa Verde sometimes but it's hard to find decent tomatillos where I live. Now, though, I don't to make it because Cholula's tastes just like fresh made.
