Unhappy customer
VERY disappointed in the ordering on line process (I ordered a set of 4 tires). It was very confusing, and when I called the store, I was reassured that what I feared would happen wouldn't happen (but it did, the tires were delivered to my house, and not the store). In addition, I was told that the tire installation was included in the on-line order price, but when they finished installing my tires, I was presented with an additional bill for $118.00. Then to add insult to injury, they parked my vehicle about as far away as they could.
