Seller unresponsive - Walmart doesn't help either

Seller doesn't respond to Walmart or Directly from me. Walmart won't help because it's a 3rd party. I have 4 tires I'm trying to exchange or return - and no luck. They're located in Ca - half the time you call the number and it's "disconnected" the other times it's someone's cell phone and goes straight to voicemail. Super professional. I'm having to do my own google research and this is getting out of hand. Walmart sent me TO the store with all 4 tires, made me drag them inside THEN told me after I had all 4 tires inside that they coudn't return them and to take them back home and they would have someone come pick them up (Estes company). Never showed, never called. Called back again - suprise - no such notes had been put on my account. So the second supervisor scheduled me a pick-up and tried to reach out to the seller. Surprise here we are - still no communication and no option to return. Don't buy from 3rd parties on Walmart site if there's even a SLIGHT chance of returning the items.
