I like these over-all, alot! Ever since Mr.Spock walked into my life when I was a little boy, I wanted pointed ears, now I have some, and my little boy too. Now these ain't perfect. They are made to fit over a "generic" ear, and need spirit-gum to make sure they stay on when brushed by hand or hair. But they are made of some durable rubber-like stuff - they don't tear and havn't split. The caucasian color is mid-balaaced and definately needs makeup or paint to match each persons individual complexion from light to dark skin, and they seem to take well to makeup and I'm sure will to acrylic paints to accomplish color-change. They seem rather comfortable to wear being of soft rubber ( though I have only worn them for a mere two hour period, so far) for extended periods as long as you do not jam your ear far into them of fold it over to push inside. No instructions come with the ears though it is easy enough to find good instructions and advice on-line as to how to put them on and take them off. They are a good value for what they are ; a Halloween, renaissance faire or sci-fi/fantasy convention costume piece and a good addition to any collection of such. -- Thank you for reading.
