Ordered the 4-pack. The pulleys are substantial and feel heavy and strong enough to hold up my expensive bikes. The rope is adequate. Make sure you do not raise it the bike too high such that the pulley wheel with the hooks is leave with the other pulley wheels. If you do, the rope may come loose from the wheel track and your bike will not lower properly. My front hook became disengaged from the front handlebars in this way, and my bike was dangling from the back hook. It did not fall off and I was able to successfully lower the bike, but it was scary. Make sure the area is clear of people or other fragile items as you raise/lower. One problem though, the 4-pack only came with 10screws TOTAL. Each pulley set easily needed 10 screws (4 per bracket and 2 for the wall hook for the rope). I had to go to the hardware store to pick up some more screws to mount all the rest. Minor annoyance and unsure if this was an error in the packaging of the 4 sets of pulleys. Anyway, this is an amazing price for heavy duty bike pulleys so I did not mind getting more screws at my own expense. Just be aware.
