Key Features

High Load-bearing Capacity: It is made of high-quality 0.24'' thick carbon steel, which is solid, wear-resistant, hard and not easy to deform, ensuring a good bearing capacity (up to 150kg/330lbs).

Details

Door Stoppers: The door stopper prevents wheels from falling off the track due to excessive wheel movement. It is designed with a special rubber layer that protects the paintwork of the wheels and also dampens the impact to reduce the impact sound.

Round Corners: The corners of the track are very round. Compared with the traditional square corners, it can better prevent your hands from being scratched during installation.

Application

It is suitable for doors with a thickness of 1-3/8- 1-3/4", a width of 26-30'' and a weight of no more than 330 lbs. It can be widely used in barns, stables, bedrooms, dressing rooms, garages, and so on.

Notes

1. Please note that the wall above the door opening must be load-bearing, and the wall cast with red bricks or concrete can be installed directly. Wood blocks shall be added to non-bearing walls such as foam or hollow bricks.

2. Please note that the distance from the top of the door opening to the ceiling should be greater than (the 16cm/6.3''+width of the door jamb). For large wheel models, there should not be a radian for straight arm models greater than (21cm/8.3''+width of the door jamb). The radian is 2.5cm/1'' long, that is, there should be at least (14cm/5.5''+width of the door jamb) space.

3. Please note that the installed wall should be on the same horizontal plane from top to bottom, from left to right, and one wall on the left and right should be about as wide as the door opening so that it can be pushed away.

4. Please ensure that there is without heel line, door pocket line and other prominent decorations on the wall, and the thickness of the door panel is 4 cm/1.6''.

5. Please note that the actual bearing capacity is related to the wall. The door is not included in the package.
