got the job done
the sleave wasn't exactly what i needed. which might have been more my own error however I was able to resolve the issue. the problem with the components was not suitable because the key provided was not the proper dimensions to catch the chaft key way and the pulley keyway. some modifications was needed for the installation some of which would have been as such regardless some because the key provided not adequate got the job done with these parts. kinda
