The claw is true to its name!

The claws are a perfect way to hang heavy frames or mirrors. It takes some pressure to push it in but is do-able. If you can't push it through all the way in, little hammering helps to drive it in flush with the wall. Overall a great way to avoid nasty big holes. Personally, I didn't need the markers provided in the kit but surely they would help.
