No staples!

I purchased 16 of these staplers for my business. The stapler looks fine upon unpacking, The sticker clearly says INCLUDES STAPLES, but there are NO staples. This wouldn't be a big deal, but these need mini staples that aren't that easy to get because I want to use these ASAP!
