Super Daily K2 provides vitamin K2 as MK-7, an enhanced, bioactive form of vitamin K that has superior retention in the body. Without vitamin K2, calcium can't adequately be processed in our body to help maintain strong, healthy bones. Vitamin K2 activates certain proteins, including osteocalcin and Matrix GLA Protein (MGP), which play a role in binding calcium to the bone matrix. Without an adequate amount of vitamin K2, a significant amount of osteocalcin will remain inactive and unable to bind calcium. Vitamin K2 as MK-7 also supports cardiovascular system health by directing calcium to where our body needs it most - our bones. Super Daily K2 provides MK-7 in a single, concentrated, unflavored drop that can be placed in food or a drink.

I like that this K2 is naturally made from chickpeas and that there are only 2 other natural ingredients in it. I also like the lower dose of 45 mcg rather than the usual 100-120 mcg. So far I have had no side effects and am taking this with the algae plant-based Vit D3.
