This phenylephrine HCl nasal spray is formulated for use by children and adults ages 12 and older. To use 4Way allergy relief nasal spray, simply keep your head in a normal, upright position, place the tip into your nostril and squeeze the bottle with firm, quick pressure while inhaling. I have been using for 4-Way nasal spray for over 20 years. There is a reason, which many people have also stated, it works with few or no side effects. But mainly that it works well. It has been hard to get periodically, and I have already paid scalper prices to get it. I have allergies year round. Also if I use OTC Fluticasone Propionate, Walgreens brand, I need less of 4-Way.
