Not a tufted rug

Shipping was fast however the rug is not as stated. It's looped and tufted. I asked about the rug and was told it was tufted. 50% of it is looped. Which is bad because if a heel catches it, it will pull out. And for this reason I hate looped rugs. It's thin, flat and I've already had to trim the looped piece's that were already pulled out and that was when I unrolled it for the first time. Not happy and in short order this will look very worn.
