Awful experience

The cabinet was gorgeous the countertop was cracked when delivered ... it took them three weeks to send me a new countertop and I still have the old one and they also brought me a New cabinet base - I explained to the delivery companies that I only need the countertop but they said I had to take both and now I am called hay needle numerous times for them to pick up the other vanity and cracked countertop ... every time I called they say they understand my frustration and that they're working on it but they have yet to pick it up and they said that if I donated are gave it away if they would be charge my credit card the full amount again - I will never purchase from them again -
