Baby wears this basically all day. We haven't completely grown out of the swaddle sleep sack yet, but she will probably sleep in it, too, when we reach that stage. I love that there's plenty of extra length for her to grow into. She's 3 months, and I got the 6-9 month size. It's a little big, but it doesn't matter. And it gives her lots of room to grow.
