Twin 1731 knives boast a unique curved bolster that acts as an extension of the hand, supporting the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. Made from unique ziricote hardwood, the exquisite handle is ergonomically shaped for maximum comfort in hand.
The high-performance Cronidur 30 steel blade offers impressive durability and improved corrosion resistance from traditional stainless steel. These SIGMAFORGE knives are precision forged from a single piece of steel and feature an exceptionally sturdy, balanced, and flexible blade. Crafted with ZWILLING’s signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR blades are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer.

Wood products (including wood handles) as they are natural elements are not covered by warranty. Any product that is felt to be defective needs to be returned for inspection. If there is a manufacturers defect ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS, LLC will repair or replace. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for handling and be sure to include your full mailing address (no post office box numbers). Please wrap carefully to insure points or edges do not cut through mailing carton.
