Starfrit Simplicity 5-Piece Set

This cookware set is great for my needs - I cook pretty simple things so this works perfect in providing me just enough pots and pans I need. For the price they are excellent pots and pans. As a starter kit they have been doing a great job so far. These pots and pans are light but are quick to heat up. The non stick surface had worked perfectly and will last if you take care of it. The set includes: one 1.45-quart saucepan, one 4.8-quart Dutch oven, one 9.5-inch deep fry pan, and 2 tempered-glass lids for the saucepan and dutch oven. They're also oven-safe up to 350 degrees and even better dishwasher safe, making clean up super easy! Obviously if you're looking into invest in longer term cookware for many years, I'd perhaps suggest buying something that's a bit more expensive and higher quality. I absolutely love this set; you can just tell that this is a quality set that will last you a long time. It is super thick stainless steel, which makes it feel higher quality, without being super heavy. It almost feels a bit like a cast iron pan! It definitely takes a while to heat up when you are cooking, unlike a copper, but it does cook food pretty evenly. I have found it super easy to cook everything from veggies to stovetop pizza, and it is super easy to clean! You can literally just throw it into the dishwasher; no clean-up required! It is honestly one of the best sets of pans that I have found for this price point! The inner surface is rough, so it is perfect for making a deep dish pizza with a butter crust, just make sure to grease the pan! You can see this on my second photo. All in all, love it!
