Happy to be happy with my substitute socks!

I have had a pair of actual very thick cable sweater socks for about 10 years. I found them in a thrift shop and fell in love! I wear them every winter around the house but the last year or two I have gotten holes in the bottom of them sadly. it was time to replace. I thought I would surely be disappointed at least somewhat, but I am surprisingly happy with them - I bought one in each color. while not quite as thick as my originals, these will do nicely as a substitute. I am wearing them now and they do not bind and they are almost as soft as my originals. very happy indeed!

Not cheap socks, but sure behaved like it

These are not cheap socks, but that didn't stop them from getting giant holes in the heals in just 2 months and only wearing them a few times. They're now in the garbage :(
