It's a lifesaver.
I'm disabled and spend lots of time in bed. I sweat a lot under breasts and in private area and this causes red painful rash. I was hospitalized last year and developed this condition and the nurse gave me this cream. Within one hour the pain was gone and within 3 days the entire rash had disappeared. WOW!! It is a lifesaver. Now when I start to get this rash, one day and it's gone! So glad I can buy it over the counter.
