Good overall. It would be better if the top edge had elastic sewn in the front and back to hug the body better. Like North Shore Megamax Air briefs. These are quite a bit less expensive than the megamax so I guess you get what you pay for. As far as comfort goes they are very absorbent so that also make them a bit stiff but can hold a lot.

Tabs don't stick well waist doesn't hold good if you get a tight enough to stay up and wet as soon as you bend over, it can split in the seams and back OK for somebody in bed that's about it
