Mesmerising!

I struggle to switch off so I'm always looking for ways to give my mind a rest and thought this might help. I'm really really happy, it's great! It's genuinely mesmerising, I find myself watching it for 20 minutes. I sometimes use it during the day but mainly at the end of work to help me switch off. I would highly recommend it
