Disappointed with quality

The shirt (M) indicated size 10-12. Looked more like a boys 8. The decal was grainy and uneven. This honestly looked like a "2nd" or an irregular you would buy off an outlet website. I had gotten a long sleeve shirt for myself from Kohl's with the same design. The decal was crisp and clear. Even after a couple washings, the shirt still looked brand new. I returned this shirt the day after it arrived. Walmart gave me credit for it immediately and didn't even want it back. Told me to keep it, donate it or throw it out.
