Raw poultry and chicken represent the greatest health risk in food service due to salmonella. Separate and isolate your poultry with a standard yellow cutting board. Our commercial grade cutting boards are made from FDA approved polypropylene that is NSF certified. The board surface is slightly textured to provide added grip and traction when cutting and to keep the cutting board in place. The high density material does not easily warp and is highly durable for long term use.
