Quite a bit less $ than the original part

Bought these to do a rehab on the rear end of the car. (yet to be done) Have used this brand and style before. When lubricating only use a non-petroleum based grease so you don't damage your work and degrade the rubber bushings. Really don't know exactly why they include a small hex nut and cap screw. Perhaps on some cars there is a screw hold in the subframe to lock the washer(s) in place. The Zirk fitting obviously goes in the the hole at the end of hex end of camber bolt. A syringe or grease gun can be used to fill the hollow cavity. I called the Dorman hotline for their parts and unfortunatley most of the people answering the phones either are temporary workers and don't give a S*** or just have no knowledge about the products they sell. If you buy the original parts for camber bolts especially FORD it's going to cost you a bunch even if you can find the part. So either use the old one which is most likely rusty or find something else such as this. Many times as many know these bolts get bound/rusted in the bushings and have to be cut out. So IMO having an option to lubricate is a good option. The syringe pack at the end is not included and is used as and example so you will have to have your own grease gun or syringe to put the grease into the hole and fitting. Just make sure whatever brand you get they will fit your vehicle before pressing the buy button. Walmart usually is pretty good about returns and such but just save yourself some time and do your research. That goes for alot of things parts wise. You'll thank me later. Bye.
