Hangar 9® UltraCote® RC Airplane Covering in Pearl Dark Yellow is a high tech polyester airplane covering that features a unique multi temperature-controlled Pearl Dark Yellow pigmented adhesive and shrinkage system, making this Pearl Dark Yellow covering versatile and easy to apply to most RC Aircraft needing Pearl Dark Yellow applied. A patented polymerizing process permanently fuses the Pearl Dark Yellow color to the polyester film covering, eliminating the possibilities of the Pearl Dark Yellow color-layer separation and permits repositioning the Pearl Dark Yellow covering on your model. UltraCote's unique ability to both shrink and stretch the Pearl Dark Yellow covering make it superior to other Pearl Dark Yellow RC Aircraft coverings for going around tight curves and wingtips.

Temp ranges are as follows:
Adhesion to wood begins at 200 to 220 degrees F.

UltraCote, Pearl Dark Yellow
I recently had to order UltraCote for a fix on a 42% Edge 540T. The plane was originally built in, or around, 2002. I was very worried that the new UltraCote would not match. Wrong, it was dead on. You can't tell the old from the new, now that's consistency! I have to add one other little bit of information. I have not used UltraCote in years....probably 15. I have been using brand X and some of the other covering as well. UltraCote is so much easier to work with. It sticks, it shrinks second to none and keeps a nice shine for a very long time, well since 2002. I think I may just go back to UltraCote......In the long run it will save me time and money .....frustration cost something:)
