I bought two of these rods, a longer one and a shorter one, both in brown. These are sturdy rods, and I found them easy to install. Altogether, I had 5 rod pieces packaged in two tubes. Be aware if you order two separate rods, it doesn't mean that the rod pieces packaged together necessarily go together. At least the decorative rod ends were packaged separately and I didn't have to figure out how they needed to be installed. Overall, I'm very pleased with these rods.

I ordered the 1" rods in black. For my use, I could have used 3/4" but all is good. They are so stylish and substantial. I think the price is outstanding for the value received.
