Before purchase they seemed to be shallower than I remember my mother's so I bought 2 sets. But when I made a recipe the ingredients fit into 2 pans perfectly. Well made pans. Tin plated as these are, are recommended over aluminum pans. And an oil-flour coating made the 2 layers come out of the pans so beautifully and clean I was actually a bit stunned. Happy with the purchase and the quality is well worth the price.
