The backpack is great overall. I do wish that the loop at the top was just a bit longer so I could latch it across my suitcase handle. The only other item that I would have like to have was that there were 2 slots on the back to slide down a rollerbag handle to help keep the backpack on the rollerbag when walking. Other than that, well made and lots of pockets.

This is a replacement of my son's old Swissgear backpack. While it took a little while to receive the approval, the process was straightforward and customer service was exceptional. From now on, we will only buy Swissgear backpacks. Btw, we just purchased a couple more from a warehouse. My son LOVES this backpack, especially he likes the pocket for shoes storage. He uses it for his laptop charging cord and other chargers instead.
