Easier to swallow these.
NOW MAGNESIUM CAPLETS, easier to swallow down. I also let them get wet in my mouth before I swallow them, making it even easier. THE OUTER SEAL IS HARD TO BREAK INTO THE BOTTLE OF CAPLETS, and also INNER SEAL IS SUPER HARD TO BREAK INTO THE CAPLETS THEMSELVES. GET THE NURSE TO BREAK BOTH THE SEALS WHILE SHE IS WITH YOU. LEAVE THEM ON YOUR NIGHTSTAND SO YOU DOONT FORGET. I COULD HARDLY BREAK THE INNER SEAL. I need the "3 caplets everyday as bottle suggest for dosage. I sleep super sound and "comfy", without leg cramps either on "3 caplets a day=morning, afternoon, night. I look for the "NOW" brand, I feel trust and quality is in this brand. I have been taking vitamins since I was young. I hope they continue with quality products after the State Of Emergency Covid-19. Thanks NOW. BIG THUMBS UP.
