Happy with tiaras but only got half my order.

I was very h appy with the frozen Tiaras they were really cute and all the little girls love them. though I'm not impressed overall with Walmart shipping I only received half of my order and my daughters birthday party was yesterday so half of the decorations didn't show up for her party. I also ordered them almost 3 weeks ago and it claimed that they would be here by the 13th which they obviously weren't. I'm rather disappointed because I've never had this trouble with Walmart shipping before. But overall the items in which I received Where great
