1 pack - 16 fl oz Peppermint Hydrosol Hydrosols, once considered as waste, are now recognized for their therapeutic properties that are similar to essential oils, albeit at a lower concentration. Essential oils, if not properly diluted, can be overpowering. Hydrosols are safe and readily available for use. They are the byproduct of the steam distillation process used to extract essential oils from plants. They contain the water-soluble components of the plant, making them gentler and more versatile than essential oils. Hydrosols are a must-have in any natural wellness routine. For external use only. May cause skin irritation for those with sensitive skin. The International Federation of Aromatherapists does not recommend that Essential Oils, Carrier Oils, or Hydrosols be taken internally unless under the supervision of a Medical Doctor who is also qualified in clinical Aromatherapy. I didn't re-read the description and have only myself to blame for ordering the wrong product with similar size, shape,16 oz also BUT not peppermint oil DUH The product is fine for what it a was designed for but I use peppermint oil for pain management and this isn't strong enough.
