Battery great but charger missing

I put the battery into service and it is perfect for my application of running a sump-pump when there is a power failure. Its a very low duty service, but it needs to be 100% reliable. Based on the picture on the walmart website, it shows a charger for the battery. This item was not shipped, and I specifically choose this battery because I assume the charger would be included.
