Really well built and designed
Great unit. Not just a typical square plastic air filter unit, but has some style. Unit is tight with no gaps in the filter access housing when closed. Uses 2 Aer1 filters at a time. Decent airflow even on the lowest setting, but if you turn it up it will really move a ton of air. On high unit uses 90 watts, while smaller Holmes units use 30 watts, to give you an idea of the power this unit has. I did not use the included filters, but rather Holmes Aer1 True HEPA filters, which fit perfectly and work great. I do not use the ionizer.

This one with the ionizer is even better than the one I bought a few years ago. within a couple of days I had to clean the intake due to all the dust and particles on it. Also I can't believe all the dust on my furniture and floors that it has gotten out of the air with the ionizer. I was breathing all that stuff it. My allergies are 100% better. I have a cat and the odor from the litter box is GONE.
