Do not use: with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription) (If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist); for children under 12 years of age; if you are now taking a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI (certain drugs for depression, psychiatric, or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease), or for 2 weeks after stopping the MAOI drug. If you do not know if your prescription drug contains an MAOI, ask a doctor or pharmacist before taking this product. Ask a doctor before use if you have liver disease; heart disease; high blood pressure; thyroid disease; diabetes; trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland; persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema; cough that occurs with too much phlegm (mucus). Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking the blood thinning drug warfarin. When using this product: do not use more than directed. I liked the packaging and easy to read the instructions.The taste was not bad and the medicine worked. I recommend this as an alternative OTC medicine for the cold and flu. The size is big and the price is great, $6. My family has been using it after receiving the flu shot this winter season. This is the most newest medicine released by the company, so I know it's the most effective compared to other brands. I like how the company is always improving their products and adapting to this current health crisis, could not be released at a better time. I recommend on trying it and it's the cheapest option at the store right now. Mine did ship fast and it's found online, so it's very convenient.

Great for severe sinus congestion !
This was recommended by my doctor for the severe sinus cough and cold that I had. I had never heard of this product before, but I have to tell you something this works wonders. I was very very impressed. Took about three or four days to really get going and then started to clear up my sinuses in my congestion.
