Free replacement

My shower valve gave out after many years of service. Called Pfister, who sent me a replacement cartridge absolutely free, including free shipping. Awesome customer service.

For water pressure read!!!

If you have issues with water pressure take out the grren restrictions with orings and the screens with orings then dremel out the white plastic piece to make a complete egg shape. That took me 2 days to figure out. I had already cleared the shower head and shower head pipe/head diverter but didn't think about the mixing valve. After I took those parts out and did 3 minutes with a dremel I got prob 5gpm. It screams water pressure. Hope this helps someone
