I had reservations replacing my 5-ply Teflon pan that I used daily for breakfast and often for other meals. This pan is just as heavy for even heating but everything slides out of the ceramic coating even better than the Teflon.

Fine 12” skillet

This a wonderful skillet. The ceramic non- stick coating is far superior to any coating I've ever experienced. It's become one of my prized possessions. Fortunately, I have the lid from my old Zwilling skillet of the same size. Without the lid, it would drop off my list of prize possessions. Please seriously consider making a 12” lid available.
