Good value lightweight jacket

Like the snaps much better than a zipper I seem to mess up zippers often which ruins the whole thing. I never buy a jacket that doesn't have water and wind resistance because you never know what the day is going to bring. This jacket is reasonably priced and good quality for a light weight with a good selection of colors.
