Tasty once heated

While the steak fajitas are fully cooked and can be eaten straight from the bag, I found the water content is really high and you definitely notice the moisture when biting into it cold. On the upside, when you heat it in the oven, it doesn't dry out. I heated 4 oz in a steam oven using the Bake Steam setting at 250°F for 10 minutes, and the result was excellent. It came out hot, juicy, and with a nice fire-grilled flavor. I also like that it does not have a lot of fat.

These beef strips are super! They can be used in so many different ways. I use them with Knorr pasta sides. I also make stroganoff with them. In the summer months, I make salads and use these beef strips making an entire meal in the salad bowl. I highly recommend these for people who don't have the time to cook a complete meal. I have a series of 'quick-meals' and I use them faithfully. In fact, anything by John Soules Foods is delicious! I could go on and on singing their praises! This item makes the BEST steak fajitas. Its simple, just slice 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper and 1 onion. Put a small amount of oil in a large skillet, brown the vegetables until they are charred, add the package of beef and fajita seasoning with a little water. Turn the fire off, put the lid on the skillet and heat it up when you are ready to serve in tortillas. Great product, great idea and great recipe!
