Excellent quality beef. Very little fat. And I mean very little. Taste is well balanced with seasoning.i use it for so many things. Snack, fajitas and this time I used it in my chili. I just cut it up into small pieces so much better than using ground beef. More protein and little fat content and that means a lot to me. The convenience is also wonderful.

The seasoning and it is tender it’s a convenience but it’s a small portion I had to order total of 6 for 4 adults and 1 child a pack is a portion for only 1 person I took pics and there’s still some empty spots in the bag

The meat was tough on a burritos and fajitas. Some gristle too. I had to fix the problem. I decided to put the meat in my Hot Pot make a boil with water and seasoning. Package came already seasoned well but adding more water thinned out the seasoning it already had on it and now it is delicious and tender. Ready for burritos, fajitas or topped on rice with macaroni, spinach, sweet potatoes mixed with brown sugar.
