Used Velcro To Hold It In Place
Unsurprisingly, this armrest caddy kept sliding off my recliner onto the floor. But I was expecting this before purchase so I used industrial strength Velcro to hold it in place. Hasn't slid off since. Of course, there are other methods you could try. Sew it on, use clothes pins, superglue if you don't care too much about the upholstery, etc.
